This is a predatory firm. We are new business owners in Burlington, Iowa. My partner was looking for attorneys in the area to assist with some paperwork and filings. She set up an initial consultation while I was out of town that lasted about 40 minutes and she was literally given the advice that “I would need more time, and pay a $6,000 retainer to move forward.” The man gave such little advice and appeared to be uninterested in our situation that she quickly ruled him out for our attorney . We just received an invoice for $600. $600 for a man to say “I need more time”? This is absolutely predatory and not any type of business we would want to be associated with. Please do your research before you consider having these fine folks represent you.

TJ is amazing. I could not have been blessed with a better lawyer during my Grandmother’s illness, passing and probate. He has the best personality and he is professional and just down to earth. An amazing lawyer to guide you through everything in terms you understand. He was always there to answer our questions and to help guide us through the drama of probate. So much chaos was going on, but he made us feel at ease. I am so glad that something told me to just pick him out of my Google search that day…someone was definitely guiding me that day…. he is a 10 for sure. Great lawyer, great advice, great person.
