Horrible service I was sent there by a girlfriend, signed the contract for my children so many different people called me back. I did not even know who the case manager was then when I did speak to someone name Sabrina who was supposed to be my case manager she start talking about a police report when I signed my intake papers. I let them know there was never a police report. This law firm does not even know how to speak to an adjuster. , this law firm does not even know how to speak to a adjuster because they are set up to not give Ppl anything for being hurt are the vehicles her first response was that State Farm‘s adjuster, are not letting up which is nonsense because the person who was driving the vehicle never got a police report they only exchange insurance information I am so disgusted of wasting my time with this law firm now my children have been hit in a vehicle, and State Farm is at fault and nothing is happening and it’s been a year.
