After trying several times to speak to anybody and leaving messages with my name and number as directed by an answering machine requesting a short conversation regarding a possible legal matter and never getting any kind of response it was obvious to me that this law firm is not looking to help or find new clients. I can understand that this company may have a full load of clients but I do not think it would have been to difficult to a make a return call and maybe have given me a referral to an associate. Unfortunately I feel like this company must be very unorganized, understaffed or is not interested in providing help to new potential clients. All in all I would recommend avoiding this unfortunate test of patience.
