I would never recommend Joanne Kolbe. She was my attorney for a standard divorce. She was ineffective. Her practice is unethical.We had mediation one time and court one time. I have paid her over $16k, she now states I owe her another $26k. That’s $42k give or take . She is withholding my divorce settlement, which has rendered me homeless and all but bankrupt. Imagine your own attorney doing this after you hired her to protect you from this very thing. She’s scheduled meeting to “resolve” the issue but failed to appear . I have filled complaints, and I am waiting for a resolution . Please learn from my misjudgment , save yourself these same issues, and find a component attorney.
Worthless, lawyer. I’m still trying to undone her misrepresentation of myself and family.
