Jill helped a man who beat his wife and children and then violated a protection order not one, but three times get half of his wife’s retirement, 401k, and money she had in her private back account. I’ve read that she is a woman of faith, but God would not condone what Jill did in that court room. The poor woman and children were already victims and then, through the help of Jill, they lost half of their life savings. If I could give negative stars I would.
Jill is a terrible Guardian ad Litem! She allowed my children to remain in an abusive home for 2 years after she was appointed and was afraid to make a decision to protect my children from their mother. She made horrible recommendations to the court against the wishes of my children! File a motion for her to be replaced if she is appointed to your case! She should be disbarred for egregious child endangerment, child neglect and dereliction of duties appointed to her by the state of Indiana.
