Called a day ago to request a free consultation that is stated on their website and I was told by the front desk lady that someone will call me back. Gave my name and a brief explanation of why I was looking for their services. Fast forward to today, 2 days later at 11:10 AZ time and I call back to inquire to when the consultation will take place, and the front lady puts me on hold… I don’t give my name or any information. She picks up and I mention AZ and IN and she puts me on hold again… comes back and simply says “unfortunately we can’t take the case” my response was “oh, is that because of me being in AZ” her response was the same… “we can’t take the case” the blunt rudeness and when I asked again as to why… when she got no information and no history or anything about the case and then she hangs up on me… completely unprofessional and flat out rude. For no reason at all they couldn’t take my case. Thanks for wasting my time.
