Don’t pay him upfront because he will quit you right before court before his services are rendered to you. His office help is not licensed to give you legal advice in which they do and steer you in the wrong direction. I definitely do not recommend him unless you want to waste your money and your case fail.
Absolutely horrible attorney. Zero communication, I had to reach out to him 95% of the time. He didn’t use my pages upon pages of documents in my child custody case and was calling my daughter a boy minutes before we were supposed to go before the judge, which we didn’t do because he instead spent 45 minutes pressuring me into what my ex asked for by telling me the judge was going to give my ex even more than what he asked for so I should I agree to what he wanted and making comments about young moms just being scared as well. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful as a person, took almost $3000 from me and did nothing, this man will not support what is best for a child and it is sad.
If I could give Zero stars I would. I was charged for crimes I didn’t do, but got arrested for giving people a ride that went and committed crimes. Jeffery Arnold let me sit in jail for 1.5 years and never did a single thing except postpone my trial, then after waiting so long, deliberately sent my the wrong paperwork, and pushed me into signing a plea deal that took 12 years of my life, because he had never filed a single motion, depo, or suppression then the week before i-unknowingly- had trial, asked what i would like him to do to prepare. 6 years later, I ask to speak with him about my case and his secretary says he won’t speak to me unless I pay his consultation fees. I’m going to the bar association with his conduct in my case, and have hired an attorney to follow proper procedure. Do not use him, as he is only out to make money, and does not care about to personal outcome of cases, paid or not.
