this deceitful, no good business hid my review because i called a lying aggressive police officer a p ı g so i’ll freshen up my review so they can’t hide it. elwood did absolutely nothing but waste my time on my case. immediately when i was issued my ticket i was eligible for the deferral but i waited 6 months for my court date in hopes i would the charge lessened due to my solid record not having any tickets/violations in nearly a decade & being there was no solid evidence i was speeding. it was my word against the lying cop. i laid out in full honesty exactly what happened to me being trapped and pulled over by the most arrogant dishonest indiana state police glen fifield who trapped me, put me at risk by cutting me off on the highway, and fully lied about my speed. i explained heavily that there was no radar on me as i was FOLLOWING BEHIND THE COP THE ENTIRE TIME and my intentions was to fight this and request dash/body cam footage from the state to prove my innocence. they did NOTHING. they lied to my face saying that i was “offered by the prosecutor to do the defferal” THATS NOT AN OFFER I COULDVE DONE THAT 6 MONTHS AGO AND MY CASE WOULD BE DISMISSED BY NOW. lousy lawyers, arrogant, along with his secretary terri who will do and say anything to get you off the phone. my union is paying you people for nothing.
