This is now the second time I’ve had to use this place and it’s a complete joke. Same with a lot of reviews I’ve seen about the communication. It’s horrible. Was promised things that Aubrey is going to and never followed through with it. And the report she sent in had multiple statements that wasn’t even said. And when reaching out about the inaccuracies once again no response. Forced to give 1 start but would give negative if I could. But let me tell ya they will sure send you a bill
I have been reaching out to this office since May 14, 2024. I have left several messages and I even sent an email and nobody will respond to me. I just have a few simple questions that I can’t get answered. If this office is unable to answer my questions or just simply not interested in trying to help me, then don’t just leave me “hanging” and even more worried on what I should do. Just do the right thing and reach out to people and be honest if you’re unable to help or simply just not interested in trying to help someone in a bad situation. I find this very unprofessional and do not recommend this office.
Highly recommend Sara Shade Hamilton! She was so great to work with when my mother passed away. She was very thorough and explained the process. It really put our mid at ease and we were so grateful for her attention to detail, kindness and overall care during one of the worst times of our lives.
