If you are wanting a lawyer that’s going to be honest and fight hard for you then del Weldon isn’t the guy you want to hire , I have hired him 2 times and had a friend pay his firm 20,000 dollars and it was a waste of money cuz they didn’t do anything they said they would do . This guy being del Weldon is worried about one thing and one thing only and that’s money. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone ever again and I would represent myself before I would hire this man !
I paid 1500dollars to Mr. Weldon to get a bogus warrant retracted and a new court date for a simple traffic citation. I had my original court date moved up 3weeks earlier and was never served or informed in anyway. We had court and took a plea. 3 months later I was on my way home from our Grandmas funeral and was immediately pulled over by Greendale police because my license plate said I had a warrant. I was taken to jail and bonded out. The warrant I was arrested for was the same warrant I paid Mr. Weldon and they never deleted it out of their system,(even after I already had court and was convicted over the traffic citation) Mr. Weldon never followed up on the warrant and I paid the consequences twice for something I paid BIG money for. I highly recommend never using his office. Do yourself a favor and hire a real Attorney who will fight for your rights
Del is an excellent lawyer and an even better guy! Always available to help and answer any questions I have. Explains things in terms I can understand. If he can’t help he finds someone who can. Very easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend Del!
