She was the GAL in my husband’s case and after $25,000+ in fees she has done nothing for my three step kids but let them be in harms way. Now she has been released from the case because we are sueing her for gross negligence and misconduct. We were told she was the best but I have so much to say about that!!!!
Can you give negative stars? She was the court appointed GAL for my children. She billed $25,000+ for the case. She was so bad I had to sue her for Gross Misconduct and Gross Negligence (Indiana Case: 46C01-2402-CT-000252).
