The case against me and my husband was built on an illegal search and the police lied on documents. My case should have been dismissed and and his best recommendation was take a plea deal that has subsequently left my husband serving jail time. We had to much proof to have the case dismissed and brock didnt even care. He didnt listen to us and now my very sick husband is dying in jail. The crime its self was minor and my husband got more time than a heroin user with many offenses this was the first time either of us had ever been in trouble.
