Terrible attorney! Davis Hudson not only did less than I did, result wise, but he never once fought on my behalf but insisted I just go with everything my ex wife wanted during mediation! Literally they wanted me to have only every other weekend for a few hours each day ans he said “I’d take it”…. 15 mins later I took control and got even more but still denied the mediation request and had to fire him on the spot! I know no case is easy but to just do nothing except tell me it sounded like a good deal was insane! Do not I repeat DO NOT go here! He did absolutely NOTHING for my best interest other than interrupt anything I said, disregarded how I felt, and continued to ask questions that he would then stop me from answering to answer himself with his own narrative! I’m still amazed at how he handled my case. Is sickened me to watch “my attorney” agree to everything with a smile as if I was supposed to be happy with EVEN KESS THAN MINIMUM STATE GUIDELINES AFTER I HAVE HAD MY KIDS EVERYDAY THEIR ENTIRE LIVES up until the mother took them!
