I have been with Canyon Legal legal since 2018 and for 6 years only 2 out of three cases have been settled. I was told if I could come up with an extra 21,000 paying extra in taxes that my last account could be settled. I pulled the money from my 401 K and then was told to not pay the creditor and to wait by one of there one of their representatives. I have paid 30,000 into this thing, no communication and can’t figure out how to get my money back at this point. I was sold a bill of goods and this was one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life. Maybe this company should be sued out of existence they don’t live up to anything they said they would do except taking money. I don’t understand unless the business is totally crooked, and people are needing help, how can you just rip them off.
This place straight sucks communication with customer service is very poor
Stay away….I.used this group to consolidate my loans…they performed poorly and I’d never use this place again…trust me. Work with your creditors independently to solve your debt, do not use Canyon!!!!!
