This is hands down the best injury firm in Indiana. Our firm is in Chicago and we get alot of clients from Indiana. I wouldn’t trust any other firm in Indiana to handle our cases except for Phil and his staff. This guy is a fighter! He will make sure to get the best possible results for his clients. And their service is amazing the entire staff is very genuine and helpful. They are the best and we have the results to show it. I hired Truitt Law Firm to represent me legally with my lawsuit . The people that answers the phones are really nice but thats it . The lawyers tell you that they care about everyone that walks through that door and they fight for them etc . Needless to say they talk a good game but dont walk the walk . I found out over time they weren’t honest with me about certain things and keeping things from me on top of that . The other side hired a third party which turned into harassment almost all the time and on certain occasions trespassing on my property and neighbors. It was causing me emotional and mental health problems which I told my health care provider and then I told my lawyer’s at Truitt Law. The second lawyer that I had here told me they can do that and get away with it and can’t be arrested for it etc . Guess what I called a person that does that kind of work on my own and he told me they can’t do that and that was counted as ( in his own words) ” UNSOLICITED TRESPASSING & HARASSMENT and THEY can be arrested for that . Another thing that this law firm did is sent me to a person for a second opinion and they told me that it would help me etc in my case and it was expensive then after my case was done etc then I brought it up why they didn’t use it and they told me that it wouldn’t help me because the other side would hire three other people to dispute it . These are just some examples of the horrible service and rude behavior that I experienced at this law firm. This is all I can say without breaking my previous contract with them or the details of my case . If I asked hard questions like above they got nasty with me or said I was calling them names . My OPINION is do your homework before hiring a lawyer and make sure they have your best interests at hand and not have a headache unlike me. This is just my opinion and experience that’s all .
