My daughter has an extremely difficult case with an extremely difficult school system and Pam has worked on our due process tirelessly for months. I appreciate that she tells you the truth and does not sugar coat. If you don’t have a case, she will tell you. If you do, she will tell you. If you are wrong, she will tell you. That is so much more ethical than the other education attorney’s who will tell you what you want to hear so that they can take your money and run. If you want a lawyer who truly cares about your child and advocacy, Pam is the attorney for you.
If I could give a minus 5 star I would. This woman belittled myself and my children making light of a domestic violence incident which occurred in our family from my husbands suicide and the damages we are faced with now. I came to her for representation and protection for further misbehavior from the school to my child and the clear negligence of my child not being able to see his school counselor all year. Also the malicious targeting he was faced by a teacher and her advice was to keep him in the school. Beware of this woman. She told me the school doesn’t have to be accountable for any wrong doing and damages my child suffered. While also making the remark if I choose to remove him for homeschooling that they would suffer later in life with the harsh realities of the world. After demanding an apology she refused this comment was extremely unprofessional, insensitive, and completely offensive as my children have already been exposed to the harsh reality of life when they lost their father. This woman should no longer hold a position in this field and should be exposed for the abuse of her position.
