Mr. Gibbens handled a very involved, high-conflict divorce that took much longer than it should have which is in no way in a reflection of Mr. Gibbens abilities to represent myself but instead on the other party. This was a very complicated matter that he handled with tact and persistence. I am incredibly appreciative of his ability to deliver the best possible outcome for myself and my children. I also put in quite a bit of work as is to be expected so that your representation has the most accurate information. However, I was told exactly what to gather and when it was needed and I completed what was asked of me. Mr Gibbens was very easy to get in contact with when I had a question or was very anxious during the divorce process. This included a 7pm call the day before thanksgiving and several weekend evenings. Additionally, he was empathetic and patient with me when I needed further explanation and felt very prepared and informed prior to all court hearings and mediation. Mr. Gibbens laid out possible outcomes, set realistic expectations, was transparent about costs and over delivered. I have utilized 3 family attorneys in the past in another county roughly a decade ago, one of which was a very well-known and very costly attorney, hands down Mr. Gibbens has been the best attorney I have ever hired. I honestly cannot say enough about how happy I am that I chose him to represent me. If you are looking for someone that will be realistic, straight forward and fight tooth and nail for you Mr. Gibbens is an excellent choice.
