She “represented” my daughter in a child custody case, ABSOLUTELY terrible. I have no idea how she still holds her license. She constantly lost paperwork, forgot to file important court documents causing my daughter to be held in contempt. Did NOT even show up to a court date and just said “oops” I forgot that was today. Save yourself the heartache and DO NOT USE THIS LADY. Maybe back in the day she was good, but honey her days are Long over.
Do not hire Sarah Wolf. I did for a custody case and she did not answer one single question I had in emails, filed 2 motions that looked unprofessional and did not show up to a single court date before telling me I have to pay her more money to continue. I payed her $2000!!. She will rob you and you are truly better off representing yourself than hiring her.
Do not use Sarah Wolf!! She doesn’t even deserve a one star. She should have retired years ago. She represented me in my divorce case. She had me repeatedly produce discoveries and all paperwork that I spent hours, I mean hours, on producing for her. She would keep saying I didn’t give them to her. I have email confirmation of all files I sent her via PDF and Word. She provided every piece of document to the opposing attorney they requested. I asked her to request those same documents from my ex. She didn’t request squat. My ex had 3 years of my life in documentation down to how much coffee I bought per week. Wolf never had my ex provide her financials, retirements, bank statements, etc. She ran my bill up for doing absolutely nothing. She even would scold me at our appointments as if I were the opponent. When I asked her to withdrawl as counsel, she failed to do so. She still continued to bill me after I officially fired her. When my new attorney requested my file, which by the way she is legally obligated to produce to me and or new counsel, she would not give up my file. I could go on and on of reasons why you should not use her. If I knew how to sue her for lack of representation or whatever the case would be, I would do so. Take my advice and believe all the negative reviews about this attorney. I find myself believing she has dementia or just down right lazy and greedy.
