Although the individual we worked with did have some decent feedback for our document revision, we felt that we weren’t well-informed on how the firm’s process works. By that I mean that we felt ill-informed regarding quotes, incurred costs, and invoicing. At the end of our interactions (which we concluded prematurely), we felt as though we had little tangible improvement to show for our interactions.

If you want a competent lawyer, I would look elsewhere. Michael Ross can’t even call the correct phone number that is listed right in front of him. That is just one of the MANY errors that prove incompetence that I have witnessed over the last year.
