Receptionist not very helpful
This firm is fleecing people who have loved ones in assisted living that are unable to qualify for medicaid by telling them for $15K+ that they can get them qualified by various means (that is another issue and why we stopped the process). When it doesn’t work out (because we were not willing to participate in their scheme) Barnes and Thornburg over charged per their original quote and curiously were willing to settle for a lesser fee…upon retrospect my asking reduction in their fee was not large enough as I did the majority of the work in providing them all of the data and not much ‘work was done on their part’ they still charged my family for no results because we refused to participate once the entire process/ scheme was revealed.
Charles Backs is very helpful and easy to work with.
