Recently called for help with a lawsuit from a creditor that is fraudulent debt and was told they don’t help with that, but if I want to file bankruptcy they can do that! I don’t want to file bankruptcy I need help with a lawsuit from a fraudulent debt that they cannot provide proof of. Maybe you should remove these services from your website since you’re only a bankruptcy attorney. Wrong your services that are shown says you provide many different types of services which is what I needed but that’s okay that you cannot help with this but you might want to check out google because your services do not match with everything you help with. I first went to another attorney. After I paid him, he said that I wouldn’t be able to do chapter 7 bankruptcy, and he doesn’t do chapter 13. He kept my money then referred me to Holly. I should’ve went to her in the beginning! Her process took less legwork on my part, and she was able to get me into chapter 7! Not to mention, she charged less than the attorney who robbed me.
