Sent notice to my old address *after* calling in to get it updated, that notice stating Mr Churchward’s withdrawal. A very pleasant surprise! Had one phone call from him over the course of several months while having to hear from the other party involved about the email chains regarding my case with the other party, their attorney, and my attorney CC’d, but not me. I wasn’t called, sent any mail, emailed, anything about any updates regarding my case, saving one call months ago that was not fruitful. Think your lawyer should loop you in on any of the proceeding of your case? Don’t look here! I was totally in the dark on the status of my case the entire time outside of what I heard from the other part and suddenly my attorney withdraws. Don’t waste your time or money. Totally unacceptable and I’m sure I won’t get my retainer fee back after receiving this attorney’s “services” or lack thereof. Talk about a lack of passion for your career and genuine care for the people you choose to serve.
This lawyer is a sell out. Don’t return calls. Just want you to take a deal.Didnt even do a deposition. He might as well be working for the prosecutors office.

When i thought there was no hope left Anthony shot me an email and we discussed my case and we went from there. He is absolutely amazing i recommend him to anyone!
