David I know you remember me I wouldn’t be in this position if it wasn’t for you having to go on vacation and rushing me to make the decision that has literally ruined my life for over 2 years now. You knew I had no real knowledge of what plea I was signing you just wanted me to make the easiest decision for you and the prosecutors. If I could somehow take my decision back on the plea I signed then I would in a heartbeat. That was entirely not fair and completely unjust and you know it. My back is completely against the wall now and I am at a loss of what I should even do. On top of all of this you know that my PO told me clear instructions PROMISING that it would be fine and good in my judges eyes and who would have guessed, it wasn’t. All of that was setting me up for failure and completely wrong and unfair. You guys have countless REAL dangerous members of society (criminals/clients/defenders) whom your time would have been much more worth wasting on with ruining their lives instead of a struggling single mother with one minute level 6, whom poses absolutely 0 threat to anyone. If matters couldn’t get any worse, I can’t even get a decent lawyer because I already got scammed and paid one $2500 of my grandmother’s money right before she died and that was all the money I could ever get access to without getting a job (which I can’t get because of all of this!), so here I am completely defeated and unfairly buffaloed into a promise of complete failure. So thank you, unless there is some crazy way you can help me … I think that about sums this up.
