Matt is so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I rest easy knowing that my wishes for my loved ones will be carried out after my passing. Matt made sure to go over every possible scenario and helped us craft the best solutions for our family. He took the time to explain the concepts in a manner that was easy for both my husband and I to understand, and was patient with us as we decided our best course of action. I have also had Matt draw up several agreements that I use often in my business. I highly recommend working with him for your estate/trust/will and business needs.

I’ve tried to get some of my $1500.00 back; twice (minus a reasonable fee for maybe 2 hours MAX of his time) My spouse will not complete the required forms. So no, it isn’t Duellys fault that his service cannot be completed, but I think that an good ethical lawyer wouldn’t dish out a bunch of blah blah blah and just refund some of the money. He just talks to me like I’m a stupid woman, starts rattling a bunch of complicated terms and conditions. And in the end just wants to talk to my husband. He must have very little money in his bank account because obviously he needs it more than I do.
