Thankfully not my lawyer! However I needed to get proof that documents were went for my mother’s medicaid. I called and was told they would call back before end of business. They did not. I figured a small thing like a photo copy of a fax transmission would be easily handled between appointments. So I took my crochet with me in case I needed to wait for a whole and just went in. Trying to explain to the receptionist got me an eye roll response. I calmly called her on her complete lack of professionalism and stated I am sure she understands considering it is my mother’s health. She simply ignored my comment.
