After my significant other of 28 years passed away, he advised his family to turn off my utilities in order to get me out of my house quickly so they could put me out on the street, and sell my home. I suppose if you are looking for an unethical counsel, this is your guy. I realize that I have no rights legally, because we weren’t married. We were in the process of buying my grandmothers home after she passed away. My mother was still owed 25,000 on the property, she was waiting on payment because it was going to be mine. When he died, the family assured me that I would remain in the house. Obviously that was a lie. I put thousands of dollars worth of work into the house, and am still paying off the loans…that I will still have to pay once I am out of the house. They’ve taken everything thing that I own under the advice of this man. I’ve got written proof of every allegation that I have made against this guy.
