Used him for my divorce. Office was very hard to reach,I only spoke to him once before the court date,I was heavily pregnant and living 3 hours away, repeatedly they where supposed to set up zoom but but never did,which I found out later would have been easy to do,they didn’t care at all about me personally or advocating for me it was a very scary experience, also many typos and errors on there paperwork,lowest retainer for any lawyer in the area…
I wish I could leave 0 stars. Huffman was a very incompetent lawyer. My husband used him for a family lawyer for two and a half years. I can count on my two hands how many times we actually spoke to Huffman, even during emergencies he was extremely hard to contact.
Dan is a wonderful attorney! My second time having him represent me and I am truly happy with the outcome. He has a wonderful secretary as-well. I am truly grateful for the services provided. Wonderful personalities and wonderful communication from both Dan and Misty. I would recommend his services to anyone in need, especially regarding parenting/family/OP’s. I can’t possibly thank them both enough for how much they’ve helped me along the way. He is worth every penny that I paid. I will continue to have him represent me in the future if needed. I hope they see this and know how much they are appreciated!! HUGE thank you for BOTH of their time. You truly do deserve a higher rating, every experience is different but I’ve never had a bad one with this guy.
