Kevin Thomas was paid to handle my Divorce and he didn’t include anything necessary for tax claim purposes with my child. I called him to ask a few questions and he immediately started yelling over the phone, cutting me off that he is not to handle this and my accountant should. Being that he had interrupted me I stopped him to say “I understand what you’re saying but this should have been included already in the agreement” he snapped at me and yelled that I can’t talk over him. He told me to find a new lawyer because he didn’t have the time to help me. I reminded him that throughout my divorce he made me feel like he didn’t have time to help me as well. He angrily yelled again and told me he wasn’t going to help even if I paid him and not to call him ever again. The most disrespectful person I’ve ever interacted with. Do not recommend.
Terrible experience never filed one motion on my behalf. But yet took several thousand dollars after filing a lien on my home.
Kevin Thomas did an excellent job representing me in my divorce. I interviewed 2 other lawyers before deciding to hire him and I’m glad I did. He was very knowledgeable on divorce law and gave me good legal advice throughout my divorce. He was also very prompt at returning any questions or concerns I had, usually within a day (which was much appreciated). Mr. Thomas was very professional but also easy to talk to and would inject humor from time to time into the conversation (which I was grateful for as divorce is a very emotionally and financially difficult time). He can handle whatever situations arise during your divorce as well. Overall, I was very happy with my divorce settlement and would hire him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend him!
