I’m sure once a client, it may be satisfactory but we would never know. My wife called the firm in mid December and asked for a call back to discuss setting up an appointment, two weeks went by with no call, so when I called, I thought I was lucky to get Mr. Seraphin on the line himself. Good call, was much looking forward to our first meeting. We waited three weeks but thought it might be worth it…Fast forward to our appointment date/time that he made himself, wife took the morning off and we came prepared with a completed questionnaire and some documents we thought would help. When we arrived, I was looked at confused when I said who I was, and that we had an appointment. She mentioned he was with a client and would not be able to see us. Later that day, he called and although apologized, didn’t really go out of his way to offer any exception. He said he didn’t hand the secretary the appointment to put on the calendar…I guess I would just assume if he made the appointment and committed to a time and day specifically, he himself could have logged the appointment on his own.
