My name is Michael Kelly and I just want to say, I’m embarrassed for being a 3rd time client because even though I know I got the best lawyers that money can buy I feel like I’ve let them down because they care about me and don’t want to see me in trouble, ever. Just like any of their clients and they will let you know that! Anyways I feel like when you write these reviews you have to tell the truth and nothing but that, so that’s what I’m going to do here. First off I’m a black man from Chicago and I’m a music artist, I go by the branded name (CrestisMuzik). I already have a lot going against me when I step foot in that court room weather I like it or not. Like everyone, I do not like court, it makes me nervous just sitting in there, knowing these people are judging me, (no pun intended) and can do whatever they want with my life at any second. It’s literally the scariest thing ever. When I hired Ramsell and Kunowski the first and second time they won both dui cases for me back in 2018 so you could only imagine why I’m here again writing this review. I know how you’re feeling right now because I had that same exact feeling but let me tell you, don’t worry because when Jason and Don go in that court room with you, you’re not alone because when they go in front of whatever judge it is and stand next to that prosecutor that’s trying to convict you, trust me when I say this, it is on. These guys play no games and they fight for you. I mean they really really fight, and give you that voice that you don’t have or know how to use in court. Not only do these guys know their stuff they are experts at it. They have all these different strategies and counterattacks against the state… And they know when to use them, they know the law better then most lawyers I’ve ever had in the past. I always tell my family after witnessing these guys in action, it’s like watching but being in the middle of a movie! Seeing those arguments is quite entertaining. Anyways these guys work really fast and that’s part of the reason why we came out on top this time too. Once I paid them I didn’t even make it back to my driveway and I got a email from their office saying that they already filed motions to suppress evidence and other things I can’t remember at the moment. I was like “wow these guys work fast” lol. Don, Jason, you guys know how I was when I first came to you… I was scared and hopeless. I felt like my life was over and I really thought that I would never drive again. This time around it literally took only two court dates (under 43 days) for Jason and Don to win and get the judge to rescind the statutory’s suspension. These guys are the real deal and they have a lot of pull and are highly respected in dupage and all over the country. Anyways, I just want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you to Mr Ramsell & Mr Kunowski and the rest of the team, because if it wasn’t for all of you I would have never gotten my license back. But now because of you, I beat the last 2 DUI’s I was charged with and saved me from my license being suspended for 3 years this time around.
