I would not recommend. I was injured at work and lost a year and 4 months of pay. We drained our savings, spent on credit cards, sent to collections for outstanding medical bills, and the lack of communication by Kevin was the icing on the cake. He was not very good at explaining things and seemed very unorganized. I would call and leave messages and not get a call back. I sent emails and no response. I even called the insurance to get information for him. I don’t think if was fair but what can you do. He obviously doesn’t care as long as he gets his 20% .
This has to be the worst law firm. I wouldn’t recommend not even advice from this place. attorney Kevin Is so UNDERworked and incompetent. After not returning your calls or messages, when Kevin is finally reached he will always say “I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CALL YOU”
