I do not recommend using this firm for any bankruptcy case. Ben did not pay attention to details of my request to reaffirm both my mortgage and car loan. This directly is causing me undue financial hardship. He blamed the mail instead of taking personal ownership of his mistake. This was an important detail which should not have been overlooked prior to finalizing my case.
Don’t know the law. Requesting payment constantly. Can’t provide 1 invoice or detailed billing after a year of payment. Failed to show up in court. Can’t follow up on motions. You need to beg for communication (so busy doing nothing) and never get it. Was not noticed about fillings and appearances I was to attend until a few days before……
I truly enjoyed working with Ben Schneider to get the job done where other’s were just getting out of the starting block. A sound and solid legal firm with a sound solution and an legal approach that makes sense on the legal front. Ben was highly successful in closing our family case so I can now focus on getting back with family and friends.
