Lucinda disappeared from my case. Failed to show up in court three different times and would not take or return calls. She took a different job and left clients to fend for themselves all while emailing to say she would take care of it. Very unprofessional and not working for the money earned on retainer. Very disappointed.
Lucinda has disappeared and will not answer calls. She no longer works in this office. Her name was removed off the office outside, go look for yourself. She will not hand over case files to your new lawyer and will not give you proper documentation for court updates. Everything is a last minute call and there are many people who went up to her former law office and were upset because she won’t answer calls or give an explanation to former clients. Will take your money and leave. Will not fight for you in court and will be completely disorganized just like her office was. Leave all the calls and voicemails you want ,she will ignore them. Most people haven’t been able to contact her or see in months to get missing documents from their case.
I have Lucinda Budgens as my lawyer. She’s excellent, wasted no time getting to work on my child support case and had a court date set up a week later for my ex that hasn’t paid in 13 years. Highly recommend
