Absolutely the worst experience of dealing with a bill collector. We had a bill we didn’t know about, instead of contacting us by phone or mail, they have us served with a civil suit. Ridiculous, this place deserves a negative review for having the rudest employees.
Doesn’t show up to court dates or return calls. Does not complete work in a timely manner. Been waiting a year on a court report that is holding up entire custody case.
