Totally unprofessional and rude, hanging up on potential clients. Absolute joke of a company.
I am a cancer patient who reached out to Mr Pembroke to assist with preparation of a will. I was told the fee was $700 which I gladly paid well before he had completed the Will. I was not told which phone calls and that meeting me in the parking lot to sign the Will were being additionally charged for. After several months I received an additional bill for $300 with phone conversations (except 1 or 2)billed for . If I had been informed upfront about this billing, I would not have spent the time discussing his family’s health and other unrelated topics having nothing to do with my Will. I realize when a person is sick, some people take advantage. I personally would have preferred if he would have just charged the $1,000 upfront instead of doing things in this way.
