Her client currently has an open DCF case, it has been opened for over six months. Her client refuses to comply with DCF, the GAL and the 604b which were all petitioned and asked for by her through her client. The way she has spoke about my special needs child and is now a GAL herself is concerning and shows the ongoing issues present in family court. She can’t recognize abuse and/or drug use or mental health problems when her own client is doing it- how will she as a GAL? Don’t get me started on her excessive email tactic to waste legal funds. . Don’t walk, run.
