As a single mom, legal immigrant with 2 (now) young adult well raised children I have been “fighting” for justice and my basic rights at court my 7th year. I was represented by 2 law firms, who severly shook my trust in hiring any attorney to ever represent me. As a non attorney I currently represent myself. I was out of witts and decided to reach out for help. Today I had an over the phone free consultation with Mr.Sucharski. He called right as scheduled, was knowledgeable, kind and honest. He had a quick understanding of rather complex situation (messy divorce proceedings of past 7 years caused by undiagnosed and untreated behavior health condition), showed compassion and solid human skills, backed up by realistic options to solve my case -based on his at court experience. Let me start by saying I was referred to 2 other lawyers prior to being referred to Eric Sucharski. After interviewing them about my case I felt like I would be just another client to them. I went back to the original lawyer who referred me to ask if he knew anyone else; he then referred me to Eric. After speaking with Eric I immediately felt comfortable with what he had to say about himself as well as my case. I was being taken to court by my ex for back alimony. I knew my ex had been cohabitating for years, which in our divorce decree would dismiss all alimony payments permanently. Eric told me I needed proof of my accusations but the proof I had wasn’t enough. Eric took my case and was able to find enough information to make a solid case in my favor, which was an uphill battle. Not only did Eric win the case for me, he got retroactive proof of cohabitation to end my nightmare.
