Called his firm for Property Tax assistance which is covered under my legal plan. He started off by requesting I provide the case number so he could claim payment from the provider, then one he got that information told me that he was not able to provide any further help. Asked why he needed the case number if he could not offer any assistance but the conversation was brought to a quick and untimely end. I would not work with this firm personally nor would I recommend them to anyone I know looking for legal assistance.
Called for immigration related question as part of a legal benefit program we run through our business (covered by insurance). Gave me the phone number for USCIS as soon as he was able to get the information for billing. USCIS number was a bot and not able to reach any reps. Made the comment that he has been “doing this a lot longer than me”…..
