Unprofessional. We met with Ashley who seemed to be direct and straightforward. Brought loads of information to them, they laid out a plan and never followed through. I called and followed up multiple times and they just kept staying they would get back to me and didn’t. I offered a retainer and they just didn’t do a thing.
