I got his number from another lawyer who knows Rick. i had some questions and problems with tenants that at first was great at asking me and emailing everything he needs. After i get the info he needs to move forward with a plan he completely ghosts me. No return emails after I emailed him once. Then a week later once again making sure he got the information. Then once again a week after that and still no response. So all in all i would never trust him to help with anything especially since the person who referred me to him called Rick and rick had no idea who i was or anything after a few emails back and forth. If he would have said i am too busy or whatever that is fine but don’t just not respond. Just shows if you need something done right and a timely manner i would not contact Rick.
