Alex Davis filed a lawsuit against me over alleged non-disclosure of a clog in a sewer line when I sold my rental house. He did this even after I had given him a receipt for work done on the home prior to the sale to repair the issue at hand. I also told him that I never met or spoke to his star witness from Roto-rooter, and I even produced phone records of my own AND ROTO ROOTER’s phone records that proved 100% that I never spoke to his star witness, as he had claimed. This “witness” from roto rooter claimed that he had spoken to me, and that I said things that I obviously did not say. Because of Alex Davis, I had to spend $20,000 in legal fees, and I did win the case, thanks to Kepple Law in Peoria Heights Illinois.
