Norma Miner, an attorney based in Marion, Illinois, has received mixed reviews from clients regarding her legal services. While some appreciate her intelligence and dedication in helping families, particularly in custody cases, others express frustration over communication issues and unprofessionalism in her office. Overall, clients acknowledge her capability in legal matters, but many feel that her practice could benefit from improved organization and responsiveness.
Have been owed 1000 on a retainer for a adoption for me and my wife but can’t get it back cuz it was the old secretary and now there are no records or receipt she did wonderful work on getting custody of my daughter but shit the bed on this honestly she is to old to do the work like she forgot to renew her license and couldn’t represent her client at court other day cuz she didn’t have license
VERY rude and unprofessional! Rarely answers phone (called for over a WEEK straight – get voicemail and says its full). The lady who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful, rude, unprofessional, refused to give me her name and hung up. Now when I call she answers and immediately hangs up without saying anything. I was was trying to make sure a little girl was getting drug into a mess. When I kept asking was told “you’ll find out soon enough” ?!?! Seriously? Clearly they dont care about the well-being of a child. (Yes its a mess even DCFS won’t let the children be with the biological parents nor other courts which is why I have guardianship. Even courts have no answers because this lawyer and the VERY rude woman who did the paperwork are taking a ridiculous amount of time to serve papers so people can be prepared.
Awful
