Runnnnn. 1 star because I had to select something. He’s (Joel) is not my lawyer, but I witnessed all this as he WAS my sons representation until getting fired!!!! Pathetic. I don’t know what simple cases he’s getting any good reviews on, but he’s a weak individual and doesn’t fight at all, just bows down to the opposing attorneys. Doesn’t advise on what is needed. Disrespectful by talking over and cursing to his client… even in the courtroom. He doesn’t want to fight for his client. On my sons recommendation, they went to trial for part of this horrible case, Joel definitely didn’t want to, and oh, guess what, my son was right and that event went his way and Joel bragged but did admit that he was glad that he took my sons advice and followed thru. There is plenty more, but if you need a lawyer that will fight for you, keep looking.
