Lynch Jennifer M, an attorney based in Joliet, Illinois, is noted for her charismatic and approachable demeanor, making her a people person in the legal field. While some reviews express concerns about her work ethic and responsiveness, others highlight her quick response time and ability to handle matters efficiently. Overall, clients appreciate her friendly manner and willingness to engage, though there are mixed feelings about the thoroughness of her legal work.
One of the most unresponsive and difficult to reach attorneys I’ve attempted to work with in all my years of transactions
I met Jennifer and she is very charismatic with a gentle smile. She is so down to earth and approachable. She is definitely a people person.
I am giving this review years later (from 2015) because I know if I would have done so sooner it would have been based on emotions and opinions instead of facts, giving 1 star instead of 2. Now that I can honestly do this review based on fact, I wanted to share now (2021). Jennifer Lynch was very nice. She had a nice manner of talking to all parties involved in our case. She did not however do her job. She was given the responsibility to act on behalf of the child involved yet did not. There were many statements given that she could have easily proven to be false if she did her ‘homework’. Much of the evidence was public record if she dug far enough. Instead of doing so, she took them as fact and submitted them as so in the court of law. It is hard to stay a neutral party and keep unbiased but that is what she needed to do while focusing on the best interest and safety of the child. It is difficult to tell if indeed that is what happened. If she would have been more thorough in her work, she would have seen the bigger picture and submitted a different statement. As a result of her not doing this, the child involved suffered all types of abuse and scars. I only hope our family’s case was the only case she did not do her research and work for. Beware of this if she is involved in your case. Sometimes I want her to know what her poor work ethic caused so she could know the consequences of not doing your job.
