We were very blessed to be referred to Dan O’Brian after my wife’s sister was killed by a drunk driver. As you can imagine, this was a very difficult and confusing time for us. We were getting calls from the drunk driver’s insurance company who wanted to pay as little as possible. We were also getting calls from her sister’s creditors, from medical facilities who treated her sister and even from an estranged half-brother, all who were seeking financial gain. We immediately felt comfortable with Dan, and he took plenty of time with us to listen to our concerns, understand our situation and then explained the issues and challenges we would be facing. He then clearly outlined exactly how he could help us and what the process would be moving forward. He also made sure we understood the rate structure (he gets a percentage of the settlement or nothing if there is no money received).
