I had a consultation with irs problem solvers. We agreed that I would send them copies of my personal paperwork,(with sensitive information) so that they could review the documents and let me know a course of action. It is over a month later and I haven’t heard from them. I’ve tried calling and emailing and gotten no response! This place seems a bit sketchy, espscially because they have no office in Illinois. They told me they had an office in Elmhurst and even gave an address of where their “supposed office is” but that address is a restaurant! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!
