The lawyer who wrote our original wills over 40 years ago is no longer in practice so we searched on line for a new one. Lauren Jackson’s web site is very comprehensive and includes much useful estate planning advice. She also publishes her prices for complete estate planning documentation packages. We made an appointment and were thoroughly impressed with her careful, thorough, and compassionate discussion of our estate needs. She prepared new wills, trust documents, powers of attorney, and all of the other documents we needed. At the signing meeting, she went over every document with us and our daughter, who will be our executor. We couldn’t have been happier with her work, and will certainly use her services again in the future.
