Waste of money and a waste of time. Una pérdida de dinero y de tiempo. My family spent a lot of money on him with poor results. It’s like he just stole our money. He did nothing to help my son. He wastes your time either eating or practicing guitar in front of you than working on your case. Choose someone else younger, respectful of your time, returns phones calls and someone who is healthy. I should’ve paid attention to all the red flags. This guy never cared about my kid and looking back it showed. I should’ve done my research better before using this waste of space service. Looks like he doesn’t have a decent record with kid cases. And that office needs to cleaned!
I’m a bit bothered by the reviews that are making blatantly false claims about Rudy being an unethical, inattentive, apathetic, incompetent, greedy, etc.. attorney/person. He absolutely does not violate attorney client privilege- he doesn’t even share details with his family! Is he upfront and even blunt about individual cases and the legal process and possible/ probable outcomes? Yes. Maybe you want someone who will take your money and tell you what you want to hear- I would rather have someone who tells me what I can realistically expect and doesn’t waste my time and money on pursuing legal actions that they know are not going to work out in my favor. I would rather be able to appropriately manage my expectations than be fed a bunch of nonsense and be disappointed or worse. I have known Rudy literally my entire life and I have utilized his services as well as having him represent my family and friends- and he has always been very upfront and clear about the potential outcomes, costs, and even the emotional and physical toll that various options may result in. If you want an attorney that is going to baby you and tell you that everything is going to be great and nothing will go wrong and tell you an inaccurate or unrealistic timeline that things can or will happen and tell you that the fees and costs are going to be very low (but inevitably adds more fees and costs as time goes on)… yeah, keep looking for someone else.
