Absolutely awful All you have to do is run up there to get an order protection and then you have to go up there and defend yourself after being in court 30 times in 14 months I thought maybe someone was up there smart enough to figure out this ain’t right but they don’t All they want to do is get a small prosecution and it’s not that hard when they got Mike Mayer as the public pretender All it is is a coffee shop making deals you cannot get any answers it’s all nothing but a big run around I don’t see how they can keep issuing orders of protection to the same person that is trying to destroy your life for self-gratification all they are is an assist to help them do it The state’s attorney’s office is corrupt when they’re not smart enough to figure something out helping somebody ruin their life why don’t someone up there get their head out of their ass and do a little bit of investigating before they keep writing orders of protection in court 32 times and 14 months never laid a finger on anybody that’s more than Charlie Manson and Jeffrey Dahmerif you don’t know what you’re doing why don’t you call somebody to figure it out because you’re sure in the hell ain’t smart enough to figure it out up there by yourself
I was assaulted in December by Shawn Lowenstein and Tina Hoffman of oakwood Il. I woke up after 3 days on the floor to police arresting me for my own assault essentially as I was the only one assaulted. I’m fighting a misdemeanor assault false charge while actively dying as a result of a punch to the head by Shawn Lowenstein specifically (Tina just kicked me in the stomach when I was already down) causing a severe electrolyte deficiency causing rapid weight loss, memory issues, issues with processing information and encoding new memories. I have been to er as a result of this assault over 20 times. Today the states attorneys office told me that they won’t press charges because there isn’t “proof” I have tons of documentation regarding this and there was no proof I assaulted anyone because I didn’t so clearly they do when there is no evidence. So basically as a result of him punching me they wont charge him with assaulting me. So basically because I got punched in the head I wont get justice for being punched in the head. Unless I get justice on my own which I will. Thanks for not doing your jobs. Should say injustice instead of justice.
