I concluded my case with O’Flaherty early as things changed, not due to any issues with the firm. Unfortunately the experience after that was very disappointing. 1 legal inquiry while the case was open went unanswered, and another legal request was invoiced for with actions taken by the legal team but those actions taken were never explained to me (what was attempted, what happened, what now?). As part of my request to conclude the case, I asked for an update or answer as to why those 2 inquiries weren’t follow up on or communicated to me.
Matthew was very easy to work with and was willing to spend time with me so I understood the situation completely. Very personable!!
